Indian Performing Arts and Virtual Culture(s)

We are organising a symposium on Indian performing arts at the School of Music, University College Dublin, in the coming year. Please consider submitting a paper.

Our work in Palestine inspires us, and also reminds us of the ongoing plight of Afghan women and girls! Since the Taliban's takeover two years ago, women are homebound, forbidden from even going to a park with their children, usual destinations for a sunny summer’s day! Talented, educated women can no longer work in their professions; girls are banned from school.

On September 18, DE Founder Stacy Klein shared the news that she and Actor/Creator Carlos Uriona have made the decision to step aside from their roles as Artistic Directors and step into new roles. Stacy will formally be known as Founder, Artistic Director Emerita, and Carlos will be the Cultural Strategist.
