Chica Fábrica (factory girl)
After her versatile overview of musical, audiovisual and theater experimentation, she applied her knowledge to make her first solo album, "Neuronas Raquíticas" under the pseudonym of Chica Fábrica . This project combines electronic music, real-time video-projections and vocal melodies, based on the application of new technologies to other ways of artistic creations.
On stage, a set of machines and computers, a microphone and a screen, make the scenography. Chica Fábrica, inspired by the world of working women, shows her special vision of life through her powerful tools:
the music and the visuals. This is a personal challenge for the artist, who perform on the stage, alone, at the helm of the creative and the technical part in this Live Act.
The Chica Fábrica ́s aesthetics is inspired by "Rosie the Riveter" the working woman icon, visible both in dress and in seemingly mechanized movements of the factory workers.
"Neuronas Raquíticas" is not a closed work, is continually growing and changing with a repertoire ranging from the dark ambient to the coolest dance music.
Chica Fábrica, "the woman-machine", is always ready to go on stage with the gears greased.
