Lakshika Pandey

I am an Indian theatre practitioner based in Himalayan state of Uttarakhand. My training includes traditional Indian classical dance - Bharatnatyam, a martial art folk form Chhau, Butoh, Yoga and attended Trinity Laban conservatoire in the United Kingdom. After coming back to India I worked extensively in Mumbai for many years creating productions and post pandemic life changed. I came back my roots in to a remote place in Himalayas, started taking theatre workshops with people of all age groups. After receiving an overwhelming response from people I started a theatre group - The Shakti Ensemble. But working alone in isolation is no fun :(
Therefore I am here to connect, to contribute and to receive. A big thank you to you all for having this amazing, resourceful and alive group.
